1-1 Connection Call

Please contact me via email or by using the contact form on this site if you are interested in a 1-1 session with me and I will send you an intake form and we will go from there. 

A 90-minute one-on-one session for connection, reflection, and guidance. This is a space to bring your ideas, challenges, or questions and receive thoughtful, personalized support. Together, we’ll explore what is present for you.

This is where we stay grounded in practical tools and real-world application. I’ll draw on NLP, trauma-informed approaches, embodied presence, and deep curiosity to help you uncover limiting beliefs, shift mindsets, and move toward the life you want to create. This option is aligned for you if you’re navigating career transitions, relationships, personal challenges, or simply want to sharpen your own clarity and direction. 

Mystical 
This is for those who want to lean more mystical in our work together, everything in general applies though here we may weave in ritual practices, symbolic frameworks, and esoteric language as we explore your path. I’ll hold your spiritual frameworks with care.  The aim here is empowerment & helping you align your growth with the unseen currents shaping your life. If you’re drawn to mysticism, energy, or and spiritual transformation, this is aligned for you.

Why Work With Me

My personal story is the foundation of why I am called to this work. Like many of us, I was born into a traumatized and dysfunctional family system. From that starting point, I have devoted my life to learning, healing, and expansion, and later in life spiritual awakening. 

I know what it means to navigate difficulty, to sit with uncertainty, and to keep choosing growth. When I sit with you, I bring the weight of lived transformation alongside the skills I’ve cultivated through my studies and professional experience.

My Background

I am known for my attention to detail and my thoughtfulness, qualities you may have seen reflected in my artwork. My style is abstract yet direct and honest and I bring that same level of precision and detailed examination to what you share during our calls. I am very observant. I listen deeply, reflect carefully, and care profoundly about the growth and experience of those in my field.

Professionally, I hold a degree in economics and received honors in my paralegal certification program. I worked several years in law firms before pivoting into commercial real estate. I became an associate director of asset management during my 8-years at an S&P 500 company, where I mentored analysts, oversaw strategy, contracts, and negotiations for the multi-million-dollar territory I managed. My corporate path sharpened my analytical mind, strategic thinking, and systems awareness, skills I now pair with intuition, empathy, and embodied feminine wisdom to support you.

At the heart of everything I do is one of my greatest loves: studying humans and their behavior. I live with eyes wide open, attuned to the patterns and undercurrents that most people overlook. What began as hyper-vigilance born from early trauma has evolved into a refined gift for pattern recognition and deep understanding.

I’ve also walked a devoted spiritual path, spending countless hours in meditation over the past decade and pairing that discipline with years of therapy, shamanic exploration, and alternative healing modalities. This integration of psychology, spirituality, and lived experience shapes every space I hold and every insight I share.

I am open, curious, and attentive and my presence draws people into deeper conversation and makes them feel safe to share what they may not share elsewhere. How It Works

After you book, you’ll receive a short form to share more about yourself, your intentions, and my calendly link (I am flexible). This helps me prepare so our time together flows with purpose and care. My aim is to schedule your session within 10 days of your booking. 

After the Call

Following our session, I’ll send you a follow-up email with my notes, reflections, and any advice or next steps we discussed. This way, you’ll have something tangible to revisit, ground into, and carry forward after our time together.
