Subliminals are a key tool in this process, as they bypass the conscious mind’s critical filter and propensity to reject statements that don't match the current reality you are experiencing. What You’ll Get:

Personalized Assessment: We begin with a thorough intake session to map out your current energies, identify the patterns holding you back, and define what you genuinely want to attract into your life. This ensures that your subliminal tracks are tailored specifically to your unique journey.

Custom Subliminal Tracks: Based on our assessment, you’ll receive a three-track subliminal suite, each designed with a distinct focus to facilitate your repatterning process. Each track is approximately 30 minutes long, loopable, and delivered as both a downloadable file and a private YouTube link for your convenience.

Daily Integration: Minimum commitment is 30 minutes daily. This is non-negotiable as consistency is what allows the subconscious to reorganize. However, you do not need to be present with the track, you can have it looping while you wash dishes, work on something else, go for a walk. It’s not like meditation, you run it as background noise. 

Supportive Tools: To enhance your experience, I’ll also provide a custom EFT tapping video tailored to your specific theme. This will accelerate your integration process by reducing internal resistance while the subliminal work takes effect.

Ongoing Check-ins: We’ll check in at 21 days to assess early shifts and how your nervous system is responding. After 42 days, we’ll do a comprehensive review to evaluate the changes and determine the next steps in your journey.
